Who we are

We're At Our Best When You're At Yours!

Vodacom Lesotho is part of the greater Vodafone Group. Since our establishment in the Mountain Kingdom we have worked on the premise that we are to empower people to change their lives.

We rely on our people – their enthusiasm, their talent, their commitment to maintain and build on the success of our business. We depend on our people to deliver excellent service to our customers and believe that the better experience our employees have at Vodacom, the better service they will provide to our customers.

We aim to attract, develop and retain the best people by engaging employees, offering attractive incentives and career opportunities, and ensuring all our people are treated with respect.

HR Pledge: Employer Brand

The Vodacom Way helps us strengthen our position as an admired company in the eyes of our customers, shareholders and employees. To achieve this objective, we must be customer obsessed, innovation hungry, ambitious and competitive, and operate with:

Speed – bringing products and services to the market quickly and prioritising the things that really matter

Simplicity – making things simpler for our customers, business partners and colleagues

Trust – acting with honesty, integrity and fairness, being reliable and transparent, and valuing the confidence that people place in us as a company.

The Vodacom Way

Our Vision is To Make Every Customer Smile. We achieve this through our pledge to show we CARE.

To explain both why Vodacom Lesotho is a fantastic place to grow your career, and what Vodacom Lesotho employees do every day, we asked our people to tell us their stories:

Khiba Khiba

In the past 6 years I have been at Vodacom, having arrived as an intern, never thought one day I will be in management position. My efforts have always been positively recognised and I’m proud to be part of this family. It has been an exciting journey.

Nthuseng Thamae

I took up courses in Data analytics and MCSE: Business intelligence from SABA. I’ll therefore be certified, identity new opportunities and influence strategies to create Vodacom with competitive advantage. The courses are easy to learn with ever-ready tutor to assist.

The training was an eye opener on a number of topics. I am glad Vodacom Lesotho is taking customer experience to the level where all the business decisions are centered on the customer. I now know why customer experience is important and how empathy and ownership can be the critical skills for me and my team in delivering it.

Diversity & Inclusion:

We promote diversity in the workforce as a business asset, helping us better understand and meet the needs of our diverse customers.

Furthermore we aim to create a working culture that’s a reflection of our global footprint and customers, creating a diverse and inclusive environment. We’re proud to offer equal opportunities for all aspects of employment and advancement regardless of race, nationality, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, religious or political belief.
