Migration is the ability to change the type of tariff plan you are on. You can migrate to a higher tariff plan or to a lower tariff plan depending on your needs. Some points to remember are:

• When migrating from one tariff plan to another it will take effect at the end of the calendar month.
• If you migrate to a higher tariff plan you will be able to keep your unused Talktime minutes/seconds. If you migrate to a lower Tariff Plan, you will be able to transfer a number of accumulated minutes, which are calculated on a ratio of the effective cost per minute on the current and new Tariff Plan. The ratio is calculated based on the Customer's current Tariff Plan's effective "in-the-bundle" Per-Minute rate, and the effective "in-the-bundle" Per-Minute rate of the new Tariff Plan.
• Upon migration, Vodacom Lesotho may charge a migration fee based on the cost of the handset received at the start of the Contract.
