The Campaign is intended to educate our customers on the products and services that Enterprise Business Unit offers. It shall run from the 16th of August 2021 to the 27th of August 2021 (both days inclusive).
It is open to all subscribers except the following;
1.1 Employees of Vodacom
1.2 Immediate family members of the above, being parents, spouses, siblings, and children. Immediate family does NOT include in-laws, close relatives such as cousins, uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces, grandparents, and other extended family members.
1.3 Employees of the radio stations where the campaign will be taking place (PC FM, Bokamoso FM, MoAfrika FM, Harvest FM)
1.4 Immediate family members of the above, being parents, spouses, siblings, and children. Immediate family does NOT include in-laws, close relatives such as cousins, uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces, grandparents, and other extended family members.
The following prizes shall be won by eligible subscribers
Customers shall be eligible to win prizes by calling in during the radio shows and answering a simple question that will be related to the information that will be discussed on radio during the campaign.
3.1 Winnersshall be contacted by VODACOM via SMS and/or a phone call to their MSISDN number used to participate in the Campaign.
3.2 All prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) working days from the day that the winner is contacted.
3.3 Winners of the cell phone devices shall sign an undertaking confirming that they are the legal holders of their VODACOM mobile and that they are entitled to the prize. Such winners shall be required to provide their identification documents in order to receive the prize.
3.4 Cell phone devices may be received by a representative of the winner by proxy upon written confirmation from the winner and certified copy of winner’s identification. The following documents shall be accepted for confirmation of identification of winner and proxy: National ID card, Driver’s License or Passport.
3.5 By participating in the Campaign, winners agree that their data, including names, surnames, initials, photos and video images, can be used by VODACOM for advertising purposes with consent expressly given in the registration process.C2 General
3.6 If a winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) calendar days from the draw date, or a notified winner refuses the prize or fails to appear to collect it within thirty (30) calendar days of notification, then VODACOM shall contact the runner-up winner (s) who will be awarded the prize(s). If none of the winners or runner-up winners accept the prize or do not show up within thirty (30) calendar days of notification, then the prize will remain the property of VODACOM.
3.7 Prizes shall not be transferable.
3.8 Vodacom Lesotho shall not be liable to repair the device(s) where such damage is caused by fault or negligence of the winner or proxy. get damaged by the winner / while in the hands of the winner. Devices shall be subject to manufactures warranty where VODACOM determines that the for damage is NOT caused by fault or negligence of the winner/proxy.
3.9 Should a device be faulty when the winner receives it, the winner must notify Vodacom within (5) working days after receiving it.
3.10 Vodacom’s decision in relation to the Campaign shall be final. In any case of disagreement or disputes relating to Vodacom’s decision, participants shall lodge their complaints with VODACOM for amicable resolution which shall be settled through private good faith negotiations. Our complaints procedure is available on our website at www.vodacom.co.ls
3.11 If a customer is not satisfied with VODACOM’s decision and/or if the dispute is not resolved within fourteen (14) days of an attempt to resolve such, the aggrieved party shall lodge a complaint with the LCA and shall further be at liberty to exercise any other rights or remedies in law.
