• Cover letter outlining the BIA service required
• 3 months bank statement 
• Contract Form (Sections A, D, E, F and G)
• Section F of the contract needs to be stamped by your bank

 2. Contract for a Company

• Cover letter outlining the BIA service 
• Tax Clearance
• Trader’s licence
• Certificate of Incorporation/ Memorandum
• 3 months banks statement 
• Contract Form (Sections B, D, E, F and G)
• Section F of the contract needs to be stamped at the bank.

 3. Contract for Sole Trader

• Cover letter outline the BIA Service 
• Tax Clearance
• Trader’s Licence
• 3 months banks statement
