Vodacom Loyalty Program is a points based program, where customers accumulate points which can be banked then used for purchase of calling bundles, data bundles or Vodacom Tickets available under *242#.

 

Once you achieve your given weekly target, points will be allocated to you according to your weekly spend.

 

In order to use the accumulated Loyalty Points, you need to bank the loyalty points within 7 days of being allocated. To bank points, dial *242# and follow the instructions. All banked loyalty points that have not been utilised will be valid for a period of 12 months.

How do you earn your Vodacom Loyalty Points?

 

  • Dial *242# to opt in.
  • An SMS of your successful opt in will be sent to you
  • Go ahead and dial *242# to check your weekly target that will be sent every Wednesday
  • An SMS will be sent to you once you have achieved your weekly target
  • Once you have achieved your target, loyalty points will be allocated to you
  • To check your points dial *242# and select “My Points”
  • Remember to bank your points within 7 days in order to be able to use them.
  • Now, go ahead and spoil yourself with calling bundles, data bundles or Vodacom Tickets
