Personalized and Segmented Products and Services


Vodacom offers personalized voice and data bundles and segmented products under the Prepaid Products portfolio. These offers apply specific Business Rules which form of the General Prepaid Terms and Conditions.

Where there is any difference between these Business Rules and General Prepaid Terms and Conditions the applicable Business Rules shall apply.


  1. Just4You Bundles
    These are tailor-made and personalized offers based on subscribers’ usage and/or spend /affordability patterns.
    Business Rules
    1. Just4You is available for all prepaid and top-up subscribers.
    2. A general Just4You menu that gives the subscriber an option to view bundle types of their choice can be accessed via *111# and *121#.
    3. Just4You comprises voice bundles, data bundles, integrated bundles (combined data and voice bundles), and social (URL) data bundles.
    4. Available bundle offers have different validity periods ranging from 1-hour to 24-hour bundles, (3 days) 72-hour bundles, (5 Days) 120 Hour bundles, (7 Days) 168-hour bundles, (14 days) 336-hour bundles, and (30 days), and 720-hour bundles. Vodacom may change its offerings at any time to increase or enhance the existing offers.
    5. Once a subscriber has purchased the offer as outlined above, there are no reversals, no refunds, and the offer cannot be converted to airtime credit.
    6. The offers can be purchased from a subscriber’s airtime and M-pesa.
    7. A subscriber can purchase multiple Just4You offers at a time.
    8. The order of consumption of Just4You bundles begins with the one with the shorter validity period. For clarity, please note the guide below:
      1. Voice: 1 hour, 24 hours, (3 days)72 hours, (5 days) 120 hours, (7 days) 168 hours, (14 days) 336 hours, (30 days) 720 hours
      2. Data: 1 hour, 24 hours, (3 days)72 hours, (5 days) 120 hours, (7 days) 168 hours, (14 days) 336 hours, (30 days) 720 hours
      3. URL: 1 hour, 24 hours, (3 days)72 hours, (5 days) 120 hours, (7 days) 168 hours, (14 days) 336 hours, (30 days) 720 hours
      4. Integrated bundles: 1 hour, 24 hours, (3 days)72 hours, (5 days) 120 hours, (7 days) 168 hours, (14 days) 336 hours, (30 days) 720 hours
    9. Just4You offers are not transferable.
    10. Subscribers can access both VCL to VCL (ON NET) and all networks (ALL NET) calling bundles.
    11. Once the purchased offer has depleted or expired, applicable out-of-bundle rates apply, where a subscriber has opted into OOB charging.
    12. Data bundles are usable on all internet platforms.
    13. Social data bundles or URL bundles are only usable on YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
    14. Subscribers can purchase the Just4You bundles on behalf of other Vodacom subscribers using the Just4Your Friend option under the Just4You Menu.
    15. Just You voice bundles are unitized per second.

  2. Just4YourTown
    These are tailor-made and personalized offers based on subscribers’ usage and/or spend /affordability patterns.
    Business Rules
    1. The Just4YourTown (J4YT) offers are accessible on *111# or *121#.
    2. A subscriber’s location shall determine the offers at the time of activity, but they can be used countrywide once purchased.
    3. Upon every Just4YourTown menu visit, subscribers shall be requested to provide their consent to the usage of their location information to be presented with J4YT offers. Subscribers shall be presented with 2 options (Accept and Deny). If they select the “Accept” option the offers shall be displayed, and if they select the “Deny” option the USSD session shall terminate, and they will not access the service.
    4. The bundles shall be purchased from the subscriber's airtime.
    5. A subscriber can purchase multiple J4YT bundles.
    6. The bundles are not transferrable.
    7. There shall be no refunds offered on purchased bundles.
    8. The voice bundles shall not differentiate between local networks and peaks and off-peak periods.
    9. The voice and data bundles are not usable while roaming.
    10. Subscribers shall be able to opt-out from receiving J4YT marketing messages by SMSing STOP to 52070
    11. Communication regarding the J4YT shall not be sent to subscribers who have opted out of the Vodacom campaign and marketing promotion notifications.
    12. The usage of priority for J4YT shall be as follows:
      1. All bundles with a shorter validity shall take consumption priority over bundle bundles with longer validity despite the time of purchase of any of the bundles.
      2. Where bundles have a similar validity, the bundles bought first shall take consumption priority.
      3. ON Net calling bundles will take precedence over All Net calling bundles.
    13. Exclusions
      1. Subscribers shall not be able to purchase the offers from their bonus airtime.

  3. Morning Voice Offer
    These are personalized voice bundles based on usage patterns and affordability. They are available for purchase daily between 01:00 am and 09:00 am.

    Business Rules

    1. These bundles are available to Prepaid and Top-up subscribers only.
    2. They are accessible on *141#.
    3. They shall be available for purchase daily from 01:00 am and 09:00 am.
    4. They shall be valid for an hour after purchase. Unused bundles shall be forfeited.
    5. The bundles can only be used to call On-net only.
    6. They shall apply the per-second unitization.
    7. The bundles shall be purchased from the subscriber's airtime.
    8. The bundles shall be consumed before any existing voice bundles, despite the time of purchase.
    9. Subscribers may opt out of receiving the notifications regarding the offer by sending “STOP” to 52070.
    10. Communication about the offer shall not be shared with subscribers who have opted out from receiving Vodacom marketing messages.
    11. Exclusions
      1. Subscribers shall not be able to purchase the offers suing bonus airtime.
  4. Data Upsize
    Date upsize bundles are random, personalized data offers that are provided to a subscriber after a successful data bundle purchase. They do not apply to every purchase; they are based on the frequency on which they purchase data bundles, as well as their affordability. Thus, a subscriber will not receive the offer after every purchase.
    Business Rules
    1. The offers shall be available to all Prepaid and Top-Up subscribers.
    2. Purchase shall be made from the subscriber’s airtime balance.
    3. Upsize bundles are data-only offers.
    4. The upsize bundles shall be diverse and shall have different validity periods e.g., 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, and 8 days, and may evolve.
    5. They shall be offered immediately after a data bundle purchase.
    6. The subscribers shall confirm his /her acceptance of the upsize bundle before the bundle is allocated.
    7. If the subscriber does not accept the Upsize Offer at the time that they are presented with the same, the rejected offer shall be valid until midnight of that day.
    8. Rejected upsize offers shall be accessed through the USSD strings *111# or *121#, under the bundle upsize option.
    9. A subscriber will have visibility of the last 3 Upsize Offers that were presented to him/her where an offer was made and was not purchased.
    10. Accepted upsize offers shall expire at midnight on the last day on which the specific bundle is valid for. For clarity, a daily bundle will expire at 23:59:59 on the day of purchase, a 3-day bundle will expire at midnight on the 3rd from the day of purchase, and a 7-day bundle will expire at midnight from the 7th day of purchase.
    11. Subscribers shall be able to opt out of receiving Upsize communication by SMSing STOP to 52070.
    12. Subscribers who have opted out of the service shall not receive any further communication.
    13. Subscribers who have opted out of receiving Upsize communication shall be able to opt back into receiving them by sending START to 52070.
    14. There is no limit on the number of times that subscribers can opt-in and opt out of the service and it is free.
    15. Exclusions
      1. The offers will not be available on M-pesa and MyVodacom App.
      2. Subscriber will not be able to make purchases from their bonus airtime.
  5. Next Level (NXT LVL)
    This is a youth proposition that empowers young people through technology. It offers a variety of products and services developed specifically for the youth, which include exclusive bundles, rewards, access to music, and other youth-targeted platforms.
    Business rules
    1. Next Level (NXT LVL) bundles are available to prepaid subscribers only.
    2. A subscriber shall be required to register for NXT LVL to have access to the NXT LVL benefits.
    3. To register Dial *114*36# or *111#.
    4. NXT LVL offers can be purchased on *114*36# and *111# under NXT LVL
    5. Once Subscribers register for NXT LVL, they will be migrated to Prepaid Anytime and will eventually be migrated to the NXT LVL tariff.
    6. Once subscribers select the NXT LVL option on *111# and they are not already registered, they will need to do so by entering their Lesotho National Identification Number.
    7. NXT LVL is only available to Subscribers between the ages of 16 and 25 years. Subscribers falling outside of this age bracket are not eligible to purchase these bundles.
    8. The subscriber’s Identification will be used as a form of date of birth verification to check if they are eligible or not.
    9. Bundles can only be purchased on the NXT LVL menu for Prepaid Anytime subscribers.
    10. Bundles can be purchased from existing subscriber airtime excluding airtime Bonus.
    11. Subscribers can purchase as many of these bundles as they wish.
    12. Once a subscriber has purchased the bundles, there are no reversals. At no time can the bundles be converted into airtime credit.
    13. The bundles bought first shall take consumption priority irrespective of the duration.
    14. The daily bundles shall expire 24 hours after purchase.
    15. The weekly bundles shall expire 7 days after purchase at 23:59:59
    16. The monthly bundles shall expire 30 days after purchase at 23:59:59
    17. Subscribers may buy more than one bundle, including the same bundle.
