The Fixed Prepaid Uncapped Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is a Vodacom product which shall apply the Terms and Conditions outlined hereunder. The Service provides uncapped internet access for a fixed prepaid period of 30 days, usable only within a designated geographic zone allocated at activation. By purchasing and activating this bundle, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
- Service Overview
- The Service is offered by Vodacom Lesotho (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Vodacom").
- Address: Vodacom Park, 585 Mabile Road, P.O. Box 7387, Maseru 100, Lesotho.
- The Service is designed for prepaid customers and does not require a contract.
- Eligibility & Requirements
- To use this Service, customers must meet the following requirements:
- Acquire an active Vodacom prepaid SIM card.
- Complete SIM registration (eKYC).
- Have sufficient airtime to purchase the bundle.
- Be physically located within the assigned service zone.
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- By purchasing and activating this bundle, all customers warrant that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions which are available on the Vodacom website at www.vodacom.co.ls and Vodacom retail shops.
- By activating the Service, customers confirm their voluntary acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agree:
- to receive SMS communication from Vodacom on their mobile phones relating to the Service.
- to receive SMS communication and advertising offers from Vodacom relating to the Service.
- These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the active bundle period.
- Subscription & Activation
- The Service is available exclusively on Prepaid.
- Bundles are purchased via USSD (*111#).
- Activation occurs immediately after successful payment.
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to the customer once the bundle is active.
- No manual activation is required.
- Validity Period
- Each bundle is valid for 30 consecutive days from the time of activation.
- Upon expiry, the Service automatically stops.
- Customers must repurchase a bundle to continue using the Service.
- Pricing & Payment
- Bundle prices vary according to the selected bandwidth tier.
- Payment is made using airtime only.
- Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Vodacom reserves the right to change prices, subject to regulatory requirements.
- Fair Usage Policy
- Usage is subject to Vodacom's Fair Usage Policy.
- The Fair Usage Policy exists to prevent excessive or abusive usage that may negatively affect network performance for all customers.
- Vodacom reserves the right to manage speeds or restrict usage in cases of abuse.
- Exclusions & Limitations
- The Service does not include voice or SMS services.
- The Service is neither a fixed-line solution nor a fully mobile solution.
- The Service cannot be used in conjunction with postpaid plans.
- The Service is not refundable once activated.
- Performance
- Service performance may vary due to the following factors:
- Network congestion.
- Coverage conditions.
- Device capability.
- Fraud & Misuse
- Any attempt to bypass zone restrictions or manipulate network access may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Service without refund.
- Vodacom reserves the right to disqualify any customer if it has reasonable grounds to believe the customer has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Limitation of Liability
- Vodacom accepts no responsibility whatsoever, including without limitation, any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or communications line failure that is not under its direct control.
- Vodacom is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, related to or resulting from the use of the Service.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- Vodacom processes customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Location data may be used solely for zone validation and service enforcement.
- Vodacom shall not release personal information about customers to third parties unless required to do so in compliance with the governing law.

- Suspension and Termination of the Service
- Vodacom reserves the right, whenever deemed necessary, to temporarily suspend the Service for operational reasons (e.g., repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades) and undertakes to restore the Service as soon as possible after any temporary suspension period.
- Vodacom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service and shall notify customers of any such termination or suspension through appropriate customer channels.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Vodacom reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate customer channels and made available on the Vodacom website at www.vodacom.co.ls.
- Dispute Resolution
Vodacom's decision regarding the Service and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be final.
- In any case of disagreement or disputes, customers shall lodge their complaints with Vodacom Customer Care for amicable resolution, which shall be settled through private good faith negotiations.
- If the dispute is not resolved within fourteen (14) working days, the aggrieved party may escalate the matter to Vodacom Lesotho senior management and shall further be at liberty to exercise any other rights or remedies available in law.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho.
- Customer Support
- All information pertaining to the Service shall be published on the Vodacom website at www.vodacom.co.ls and Vodacom social media platforms.
- Any queries relating to the Service shall be submitted to the call center at 114 or by visiting any Vodacom retail store.
